Top 25 Nouns & Verbs Turned into Clever Minimalist Typographic Logos

Today’s featured work is a personal endeavour by creative director, Lucas Gil-Turner. He’s picked the top 25 nouns and verbs that’s most used in the English language to feature in this logo project.

Each word, illustrated in black and while, has been cleverly converted into a typographic logo, representative of its meaning. This logo collection is a great example of the importance of design and its role in communication.

Below are just some of my personal favorites, to see the entire 25 nouns and other awesome minimalist work, head over to Lucas’ portfolio.
