Meet a Rodrigo Alves, a flight attendant from London, who is given the title of the third human Ken doll, is still undergoing surgeries to look like the fictional boyfriend of the famous Barbie by Mattel.

Alves has already spent more money than the first two human ken dolls combined—the first was Justin Jedlica who went under the knife over 190 times to achieve his looks, and Brazilian model Celso Santebanes, the second human Ken Doll who had also spent thousands of dollars, and had a doll made in his image.

Alves has had nose jobs, Botox filters, six-pack implants, calf-shaping, and a leg liposuction—before undergoing another intense six-in-one super-surgery, which cost US$265,888, that would give him his fourth nose job, an eye operation, incision in his gums and mouth to give him a wider smile, and many other procedures to help him resemble the plastic toy.

Alves told Daily Mail that “It doesn’t define the man that I am—I’m much more than silicone and cosmetic surgery—but once you get started it’s difficult to stop. I’m quite hard on myself and I’m scared of getting old—that’s the truth”.

What do you think of his obsession with looking like the Ken doll?
