Rare Pencil Storyboards Of Edward Hopper’s ‘Nighthawks’ Painting





American painter Edward Hopper was known for his nuanced depictions of modern American life, in particular his 1942 painting Nighthawks.



Thanks to Konbini, we now get a glimpse of the rough sketches that would become his best-known work.



His preparatory drawings reveal how he put together the different elements, from the lone figures to the diner setting, providing insight into his style and process.
