Advertising For Good: The World's First Donate-With-A-Swipe Outdoor Poster

Hamburg-based advertising agency Kolle Rebbe has partnered with charity organization MISEREOR to create an overwhelming incoming of donations in a smart and savvy way.



Recognizing that most people in Hamburg use a form of card for payment, they created the first outdoor interactive donation poster that accepts credit card. They called it ‘The Social Swipe’.



This poster, linked up with a credit card machine and beautiful visuals, would correspond as you swipe your card, making the user experience of donating to charity enjoyable and seamless.



The Social Swipe was awarded a Gold Lion in the outdoor category at the 2014 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.



MISEREOR is a global charity that aids in the fight against poverty and injustice.
