In Paris, Witty Phrases In Public Places ‘Talk’ To Passers-By

”I see that you are looking at me from above.”

Artists Benjamin and Isidore Juveneton have placed witty phrases in Paris’ public places that seem to talk to passers-by.

These installations are part of an urban exhibition titled ‘Enchanté’ and it feels like these places are voicing out their thoughts and opinions—an example includes a wall that seems to say, ”I am not going to let myself be walked over without saying anything!”

These funny and witty phrases certainly bring the city to life—check them out below.

”I am not going to let myself be walked over without saying anything!”

”Sometimes I feel like I am talking to a wall.”

”If you come back I’ll call the whole thing off.”

”This is not the best time to draw the line.”

”One must strike a pose!”

”You are tired.”
