Infographic: A Visit To The Barilla Factory, Home Of America’s Favorite Pasta

Art director Nicholas Blechman of The New York Times recently took a field trip to the factory of the world’s largest pasta maker, Barilla, and came up with a fun and informative infographic entitled ‘Planet Pasta’ to document his experience.

It starts off by introducing readers to Pietro Barilla, who opened a small bakery and pasta shop in Parma, Italy in 1877, and ends with his experience at the Barilla cafeteria. It includes funny little snippets of his observations and comments.
